How long does my order take to ship?

all our reports are interpreted by us, Elizabeth and Ken. orders take about 5 days to ship as we do all our analyses, writings, and creative reports personalized just for you.

Do you offer international shipping?

unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we do offer e-mail versions of your reports, to provide reports for our international orders

What is your return policy? 

no returns - all of our reports are handwritten.
